British Columbia Latest PNP Draw

The British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) conducted a second draw on the 17th of January. This time, the BC PNP draw issued a total of 192 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to Skills Immigration candidates.
The draw of January 17th offered invitations in two categories: Targeted and General.
CATEGORY 1: General Draw
There were 154 potential candidates in a general draw, including ITAs given to skilled Workers (including EEBC option) with an average score of 105, International Grads (including EEBC option) with minimum scores of 100, and Entry-level and Semi-skilled, with the minimum score of 82.
CATEGORY 2: Targeted Draw
There are 38 potential candidates in a Targeted Draw of skilled Workers and international Graduates (including those with the EEBC choice). Of 38 ITAs issued, 18 came from Childcare Education for Early Childhood Teachers & assistants (NOC 42202) and 15 from Healthcare, and five from Other Priority Occupations (NOCs 31103 32104). The minimum score needed was 60.
To whom was the invitation given?

Education--level and the field in which it was taught and the location where it was finished.
Professional designations that are eligible in BRITISH COLUMBIA.
The duration and level of skill in the working knowledge.

Who can apply for the BC PNP's Skills Immigration stream?
To be qualified for to be eligible for BC PNP Skills Immigration stream You must:
Accepted a full-time, non-determinate job offer (the job offer cannot be limited or have an expiration date) from an BRITISH COLUMBIA. employer. The job must be an occupation that is skilled (NOC TEER 0 2 3, or).
You must be able to perform the tasks required for the job.
You must have at least 2 years full-time (or equivalent to full-time) work experience in a profession that requires a skilled worker (NOC 0. 3 and 3).
You must demonstrate that you are able to provide for yourself and those around you.
Are eligible, or have the capacity to qualify to be eligible for legal status as an immigration officer to Canada.
For NOC TEER 2 and 3 jobs, you must meet the the minimum requirements for language.
Make a wage offer that is that is in line with BRITISH COLUMBIA. pay rates for the position.
